Returns
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Diapers are like underwear, a hygienic product. We do not offer a refund, exchange or store credit due to a change of mind for all our diapers and absorbent materials.
Please consider precisely how many items you need before buying.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We always aim for the highest quality of our items.
If an item is faulty or you have not received what you ordered (our fault), we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
If we make a mistake, we reserve the right to repair your goods. The ordered items can then be returned to us free of charge. Please contact us in this regard via the contact form. Repair service is only applicable for new, unused, unwashed items.
All other items (not diaper related):
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at sweetpeareusables@gmail.com. Please note, that all these returns will need to be sent to us at your own cost. We then carefully evaluate your return and you'll be refunded if all conditions are acceptable and correct.
Damages and issues due to freight:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Your parcels are protected by our freight company so we may need to contact them in this regard.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on any sale items or gift cards.
European Union 14-day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As mentioned above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Diapers and absorbent materials are also excluded from this rule. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
